Brings data from existing onboard collectors into the foundation without new hardware. Fleets can mix RaaEDGE and Cloud Connect per vessel. ## Operating models The Foundation is always operated by Raa Labs. The Function can sit with the customer or with Raa Labs: - **Self-Governed** (Data): customer runs vessel data operations with their own tools and processes. - **Governed** (Data + Visibility): Raa Labs provides fleet-wide visibility into data health; the customer decides how to act. - **Assured** (Data + Visibility + Action): Raa Labs operates the vessel data function on the customer's behalf. Different vessels in one fleet can run different models, and models can change over time. ## Customer outcomes - Wallenius Wilhelmsen achieved a proven 7% fuel saving using high-frequency vessel data from the RaaEDGE platform (reported in Tradewinds).
